No. We do not buy products to resell them. We charge a service fee to manage your supply chain in China and Southeast Asia, so our incentives stay aligned with your product quality and cost.
Do you require a minimum order quantity?
No. We work with startups and large brands alike, with no MOQ or industry restrictions. Every program is scoped to the customer's needs.
Who performs quality audits and inspections?
supplychainmate employees. Our QA/QC engineers are on our payroll and follow standardized checklists. Responsibility is traceable to a named engineer.
Which certifications can you support?
We build testing and compliance plans for CE, FDA, NSF, UL, and other market-specific standards. We manage the certification path and coordinate with accredited labs.
Can you ship goods under our own brand and terms?
Yes. We act as a third-party logistics partner and can ship under any Incoterms, using your labels, packaging, and shipping documents.
